6. Liability:
   NG Integral Solutions is not liable for damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions.
7. Governing Law:
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Texas.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
   NG Integral Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will be effective immediately.
